Refund Policy:

We issue refunds for the purchases within 3 hours of the original purchase of the packages.
A payment gateway fee @ 2% of the paid amount and processing fee @5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
No Refund will be given to the customer for the purchase of any package made by the customer directly from the Digitycoon Academy website “www.digitycoonacademy.com” or through the Referral link of the person who referred him to the Digitycoon Academy website after 3 hours of the purchase under any circumstances.
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
